You want a meal plan, but you probably won’t follow it.
I’m not blaming you. I blame the meal plan. A book doesn’t know how much food you need to eat. Only your body knows that.
A meal plan that tells you how many calories to eat for each meal or snack doesn’t know when you had a hectic day on your feet, or went to the gym. It doesn’t know if the time of month has revved up your metabolism (cough, cough, ladies). It also doesn’t know when you spend the day doing nothing but watching Netflix!
Your body is infinitely smarter than a meal plan. Be smart, and trust it! If you feel like you don’t know how to trust your body, I’ve designed a 10 week program to help you rediscover the hunger and fullness cues your body is giving you. In this way, the meal plan teaches you the basics of building healthy, filling meals and balanced diets.
