Black Bean Dip: Whip this vegan and gluten free dip up in your blender or food processor for a tasty dip for veggies or tortilla chips!

Chili Lime Bean Dip

  • 3 cups cooked black beans (2 cans, drained and rinsed)
  • 2/3 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin


  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor.
  2. Blend or pulse to combine.
