Carrot Cake Smoothie

Description

Tastes just like a slice of carrot cake! Except it’s much healthier, of course.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized carrot
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp instant skim or whole milk powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Turn on low then slowly turn up to high speed.
  3. Blend until smooth.
