For the Snowman:

  • 1/2 a bagel
  • Cream cheese
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cherry tomato
  • 1 carrot (there will be leftover carrot)
  • 7 raisins

For the Christmas Lights:

  • Strawberries
  • Green grapes (look for larger sized ones)
  • Black licorice string
  • Black round shaped jujubes

For the Guacamole Tree

For the Tree Ornaments:

  • Round 2-3″ crackers (like Breton)
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2.5 oz cream cheese
  • Frozen peas, defrosted
  • Bell peppers, cut into strips
  • Small carrot coins

For the Reindeer:

  • An apple (there will be leftovers)
  • 1 rectangle shaped snack bar
  • 2 two chocolate chips
  • 1 raisin

For the Snowman:

  1. Spread a layer of cream cheese on the bagel.
  2. Sprinkle with coconut.
  3. Slice the tomato in half and place on bagel for cheeks.
  4. Cut 2 inches off the pointy tip of the carrot. Place in the bagel hole for the nose.
  5. Grate strips of the carrot and create a hat.
  6. Press the raisins in to create eyes and a mouth.
  7. Cut the remaining carrot into sticks and serve alongside the snowman bagel.

For the Christmas Lights:

  1. Slice the stem and a little bit of the top of the strawberries off to get a flat top.
  2. Slice a little bit of the stem side of the grapes to get a flat top.
  3. Arrange the licorice on a plate.
  4. Press a jujube on the cut side of the fruit and arrange along the licorice.

For the Guacamole Tree:

  1. Spread the guacamole on a plate into a tree shape.
  2. Using a sharp paring knife, cut out a star from the yellow pepper.
  3. Using a peeler, peel long strings of carrot. Twist the carrot strands and arrange on the guacamole to look like garland.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and use to decorate the tree.
  5. Take 5 pretzel sticks and place vertically underneath as a tree stump.

For the Tree Ornaments:

  1. Stir together the cottage and cream cheeses. If you a mini food processor or an immersion blender you can use this to get a smooth consistency.
  2. Spread the mixture onto the crackers.
  3. Cut carrot coins and cut two diagonal mirrored lines to make the ornament top.
  4. Decorate the ornaments with frozen peas, strips of pepper, small carrot coins, and sliced cherry tomatoes.

For the Reindeer:

  1. Cut the snack bar in half.
  2. In one half, cut out a little square shaped notch for the head to rest in.
  3. Cut the other half in half again.
  4. Cut one of the quarters into quarters (for the legs).
  5. Place the other quarter into the notch as the head.
  6. Place the cut-out notch as a tail.
  7. Arrange the quartered quarter as legs.
  8. Cut the apple in half, just shy of the core.
  9. Cut a slice out of the part without the core.
  10. Cut the slice in half and then cut out little squares in the cutside like the top of a fortress castle.
  11. Add chocolate chips for eyes.
  12. Cut a half circle out of another slice of apple and place as a snout.
  13. Cut the raisin in half and arrange as nostrils in the snout.
  14. Cut up the rest of the apple and serve alongside the reindeer.
