vanilla pear high protein oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 4 small pears, diced
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder OR 1 tbsp liquid extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized pot, heat the rolled oats, milk, and brown sugar over medium high heat.
  2. Once the oats are cooked, crack the eggs into the pot and quickly stir the eggs in.
  3. Keep stirring vigorously for one minute until the eggs are cooked.
  4. Turn the heat off and stir in the flax seeds, pears and vanilla.
