Green Lettuce Smoothie

Description

A light tasting, high protein green smoothie!


Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen in chunks
  • 1 small apple, core removed
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, packed
  • 15 almonds
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Start on low speed.
  3. Turn up to high speed and blend until smooth.
