A light tasting, high protein green smoothie!
- 1 banana, frozen in chunks
- 1 small apple, core removed
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, packed
- 15 almonds
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Start on low speed.
- Turn up to high speed and blend until smooth.
