Reap the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric spice in this super simple turmeric salad dressing! It’s a savoury vegan dressing full of umami flavour. 


  • ¾ cup canola oil
  • ⅓ cup nutritional yeast
  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic


  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Start on low then slowly turn up to high.
  3. Blend until smooth.


This dressing tastes great on a bed of leafy greens, shredded carrots, broccoli, snap peas, and roasted peanuts.
