Strawberry Lime Protein Smoothie

Description

A crisp and refreshing high protein smoothie.


Ingredients

  • 1 (generous) cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh watermelon chunks
  • 1/2 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Start on low then turn up to high until well blended.
