Vanilla Chai Latte Smoothie

Description

A silky smooth, earthy, spicy, creamy smoothie.


Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 4 cubes of frozen chai concentrate
  • ¾ cup vanilla almond milk (or regular almond milk and ¼ tsp vanilla powder)
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Start on low speed then slowly turn up to high.
  2. Blend until smooth.
