Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

A high protein smoothie to kick start your day!
Ingredients

banana
cut into chunks and frozen

tbsp
cocoa
2
tbsp
peanut butter
1
tbsp
honey
optional
¾
cup
plain greek yogurt
¾
cup
milk
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender.
Turn on low then slowly up to high speed.
Blend until smooth.
